Digital Products Returns

Due to the nature of digital content, which can be instantaneously consumed upon acquisition, we generally do not accept returns of any digital products once they have been delivered, except as expressly provided in this policy.
Eligibility for Return
A return may be considered under the following conditions:
- The digital product was not used and has been verified as unused.
- The product is not as described on our platform, and our customer service team has confirmed this.
- The digital product delivered was already accessed prior to your purchase.
- Certain circumstances where the stipulations of our platform’s usage policy were not complied with.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- If you have been charged twice for the same product by mistake.
- If the digital product is not working and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
Refund Requests Process
In order to request a refund, you must contact our support team within fourteen (14) days from the date of your purchase. The request should contain the following information:
- Your order id number.
- Reason for the refund request (Not required).
- Any supporting evidence (If applicable).
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and, if approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Eligible Purchases
Please note that we won’t be able to process a return/refund in case:
- The product has been delivered and used.
- There are issues arising from the buyer’s misunderstanding or misinformation.
Time to Process Your Refund
Once we confirm that your order is eligible for a refund, please allow up to five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed and for the money to be returned back to your account.
Delays or Issues with Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact our customer service.
