Practical steps for protecting your joyaccesshub account, and what we will never ask you for.
Your password
Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and change it if you have any reason to think someone else knows it. You can update it from your account settings at any time.
Your email address
Account recovery goes through your email address, so keep it current and keep that inbox secure. If you change email provider, update your account first.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your password, and we will never ask you to move money to a private account. Messages that do either are not from us - forward them to support@joyaccesshub.com.
Signing in
Sign in only through https://joyaccesshub.com. Check the address before typing your details, especially if you followed a link from a message or a social post.
Shared devices
Sign out when you finish on a device that is not yours, and avoid saving your password in a shared browser.
