Withdrawals and payouts
When withdrawals are available, what verification is needed, and how long it takes.
Availability
Withdrawals are available when the withdrawal feature is switched on for the platform. Your wallet always shows the current position.
Verification
Before a first withdrawal we verify your identity. That means confirming your name, date of birth and address with a document. It is a one-off step and protects your account as much as it does us.
Requesting a withdrawal
Requests are made from your wallet. Each request is reviewed before it is paid, and the amount is held while that happens so a balance cannot be spent twice.
Timescales
Reviews are usually completed within a couple of working days. Your bank or payment provider may add time on top of that.
If a request is declined
We explain the reason. Most declines are missing verification or a mismatch between the account name and the payment details.
