Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and joyaccesshub ("we", "us"), operator of joyaccesshub at https://joyaccesshub.com. By creating an account or entering a room you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence.
• You must not be resident in a territory we do not serve. The list of served territories is maintained in your account area and may change.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@joyaccesshub.com immediately if you believe someone else has access. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing funds or restoring access.

3. Nature of the service

joyaccesshub offers skill-based competitions. Outcomes are determined by measurable player performance within a fixed round. We do not offer games of chance. Entering a room is not a wager on a random event.

4. Rooms, entries and rewards

• Each room states its entry amount, coin type, player count and round length. The stated values apply at the moment you join.
• Your entry is deducted when you join a room and is not refundable once a round has started.
• The room reward is shown before you join and is paid to the winning player when the round is settled.
• A platform fee is retained from each room. The fee is shown as part of the room's economics.
• If a room cannot start because it did not fill, your entry is returned in full.

5. Coins

Goldies and Funnies are in-platform balances used to enter rooms and to receive rewards. They are not legal tender, not a deposit and not an investment. Availability of purchases and payouts depends on the features enabled on your account and on the verification checks described below.

6. Conduct

You must not: use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients or any automation; exploit defects instead of reporting them; collude with other players; open multiple accounts; harass other players; or attempt to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use.

7. Voiding results and closing accounts

We may void a result, withhold a reward, restrict features or close an account where we find a breach of these terms, a technical fault that produced an incorrect result, or activity consistent with fraud or money laundering. Where we void a result caused by our own fault, entries are returned.

8. Interruptions

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, faults and third-party outages can interrupt play. Where a round is lost to an interruption on our side, we return entries for that round.

9. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your own breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Complaints

Contact support@joyaccesshub.com with your account name, the match or room concerned and the time it happened. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
